Kenyans at stake is the entire August 9, 2022 Presidential and National elections, its estimated that :
17 Sitting Governors were beneficiary of a fraudlent 2022 August electoral outcome.
21 Senators.
17 Women Representatives.
127 sitting Members of Parliament.
About 489 Members County Assembly across Kenya
THE QUESTION IN EVERY KENYAN LIPS is why did British through their Kenyan Ambassador rushed to acknowledge and conglaturate Mr.Ruto on a purported triumph despite the opposition preparing to file a petition in Supreme Court.
At the height of Azimio Supreme Court petition, the plaintiffs requested to open the eight (8) servers for scrutiny and verification, the company stated."Providing full access to servers hosting Form 34C would in fridge on our Intellectual Property rights.
"As per your request regarding provision of image of National Tallying Centre servers, we would like to clarify that such images contain software owned and copyrighted by our company and is thus intellectual Property protected" read the letter signed by F.Gunnik the Managing Director.
KENYANS mind you this is the 3rd time the British Company is directly involved in Kenya electoral process, all of which have been disputed.
Smartmatic company by 2020 was partly Co -Owned by Lord Mark Mulloch-Brown and a host of several offshore shell companies.

International Researchers-Peer Review stastical evaluation found that Smartmatics network was "bi-directional" with data being able to be transferred both ways between Smartmatics devices and the telecommunications company with massive irregularities found between smartmatics and the Venezuela National Electoral Council election results.
The research concluded that Smartmatics electronic process was fraudulently undertaken, the analysis of communication patterns allowed for the hypothesis that data in the machines could have been changed remotely.
Interestingly one technician could work around " the machines allegedly random storage protocols and remove voting secrecy and granted that since the voting systems were windows based and only randomized data, the techie was able to download a simple software that could place windows files in order.That is voters turnout dropped substantially with only 25% of registered Venezuelans voting.
