Muthurwa Land Survey : Deed Lease






THE LAND SURVEY: DATED 30.7.1964
On 14/1/2013 I visited the survey offices where I acquired the survey map.
The survey seems to contradict the deed lease on the entire acreage, from 72 acres to 56.6 acres.
The tenure of the parcel of land indicates that it’s a leasehold, Letter No. CT/182/781 of 30.3.63.

The Honorable Minister Dr.   John Robert Ouko   (31 March 1931–c. 13 February 1990), commonly known as   Robert Ouko , was a   Kenyan   politician   who served as   Minister of Kenya from 1979 to 1983 and from 1988 to 1990.
